Terms & Conditions

By making this payment, you acknowledge that:

  • The remaining balance is due no later than February 10th, 2025.

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund due to the advanced planning and costs required to organize group events.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date are eligible for a partial refund
